Thư viện điện tử nông thôn mới là một hệ thống bao gồm các cơ sở dữ liệu, các module chức năng, người quản lý, bạn đọc, khai thác sử dụng. Những module đó thực hiện các chức năng, như: Phục vụ bạn đọc, quản lý dữ liệu, truy xuất dữ liệu, xử lý dữ liệu … Kết quả quản lý, xử lý dữ liệu của hệ thống sẽ được kết xuất thành file word, file excel để người dùng thuận lợi cho việc sự dụng, góp phần làm tăng tính thân thiện của hệ thống với người dùng. Hệ thống thực hiện chức năng này thông qua “Module kết xuất xử lý dữ liệu thư viện nông thôn mới sang word và excel”. Module này như sau:
