Trong hệ thống thư viện điện tử nông thôn mới có các module để quản lý tư liệu, như:
– Module tải tư liệu lên các cơ sở dữ liệu: Tự động hóa tải tư liệu lên và lưu đúng cơ sở dữ liệu mà người dùng chỉ định.
– Module tải tư liêu xuống: Tự động hóa liệt kê tất cả tư liệu (file) hiện có trong các cơ sở dữ liệu; người dùng chọn tư liệu cần và tải xuống.
– Module quản lý tư liệu: Tư động hóa liệt kê đường dẫn của tất cả các tư liệu (file) hiện có trong các cơ sở dữ liệu vào hộp chọn file nguồn. Từ đây, người dùng có thể copy file tư liệu, xóa file tư liệu trên hệ thống.
